Julia started out part-time nearly a decade ago & worked through the administrative growing pains of our company in its infancy to become President. Her financial oversight & corporate relations savvy keep us on the best terms with our business partners & vendors so that the value of our experience can be passed on to our customers. Her role in marketing lets her creativity shine through! Those of you who enjoy our newsletters have her to thank. Her successful management has allowed us to bring exceptional services to our customers for all these years, & she looks forward to many more!
Charles Adam Duell, Foreman & Owner
Charles started as an office assistant to his father in the early days when our garage was something else entirely. As the business developed & changed, so did he. Over the years he has served as an Apprentice, a Mechanic, a Service Advisor, a Manager,
& finally as Foreman. Proud of his crew & proud of his company's mission, it's his duty to keep the clockwork of the garage ticking for you!

Gregg Ramsey, Service Advisor
Gregg has been with F&A for seven years & has possessed the exact same sunny disposition since day one. Customers love him & so do we! No matter how technical our jobs become in the course of repair, the 'nuts & bolts' of our business is serving you in a timely & kindly manor - when it comes to this Gregg's our specialist! He has gone out of his way time & again to satisfy a special need or difficult question. His commitment to making the most of every day is contagious, and helps us all be at our best.

Thomas grew up working on small engines. Discarded lawnmowers & weed-wackers found new life in his hands...and he found the seeds of a career. Starting out as an Apprentice & working up the chain of study the hard way - he has proved himself a quick study & a diligent team member, always eager to help. His eye for detail & cleanliness is something most people never expect to see in a 'grease monkey'. His surgical-style is fast & efficient & when it comes to getting the job done on time & without error it's his own dependability that he pours into his work. An inspiring work-ethic keeps us all rallied to the ultimate goal - the final utility of your car to your family.
Craig Michael Wiltshire, ASE Certified Mechanic
Craig never imagined himself in this line of work, but grew into it with a level of appreciation that makes him a joy to work with. Naturally curious (& curious about nature) Craig's appreciation for the way things work from ecosystems to alternators makes him a superb diagnostician & has reflected on our company in non-conventional ways. His love of the outdoors has led our company to develop many of the environmental initiatives that you'll find listed under our "Philosophy" section. A good humor & sharp wit keeps all of us in good spirits, even through the hard times that can come when a repair is just fighting you geartooth & fingernail. His imaginative solutions & rapid appraisal skills have saved our customers tons of money over the years. He is personally committed to the health & well-being of every automobile in his care!
